How ordering works
- Order online: add products to your cart and check out in a few taps. Prices are in AED.
- We confirm: our team confirms your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Free delivery: usually 1 to 3 business days to all 7 emirates. Pay cash on delivery or by card.
- Replacement: damaged or wrong item? Report it within 24 hours with an unboxing video.
Free delivery across the UAE
Delivery is free on every order to all 7 emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. There are no hidden charges. The courier contacts you before delivery.
How you can pay
- Cash on Delivery: pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
- Card: pay securely online at checkout.

Replacement for damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear, unedited unboxing video. Once approved, we send a free replacement with no delivery charge.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, or if the wrong product, colour or size was ordered by mistake.
